By accessing or using 39JL you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy. 39JL is a guide, not a casino, and takes no bets. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility (21+)

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to gamble in your location. 39JL discusses only operators working under PAGCOR licensing for players in the Philippines. 39JL holds no accounts and verifies no identities; licensed operators run their own age and identity checks.

• Operators usually allow one account per person, household, device and payment method.
• Keep operator logins, OTPs and MPINs confidential; 39JL will never ask for them.

Accounts & Verification

39JL has no player accounts. Account information, Know-Your-Customer (KYC) checks and any freezing or closing of accounts for fraud, collusion or failed verification are handled by the licensed operator you choose, under its own terms and regulatory requirements.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Bonuses

39JL takes no deposits, processes no withdrawals and issues no bonuses. Operators handle payments through methods such as GCash, Maya and bank transfer, usually after verification, and their bonuses carry their own wagering rules; abuse can lead to forfeited winnings.

Responsible Gaming
